Join us for Colby Run Week, August 15th to 22nd
ANYWHERE for a Virtual Run!

Every year, we honor the memory of Colby J. Smith with the Colby Smith Memorial 4-Mile Classic and Colby Smith Memorial Scholarship Fund.

In order to be compliant with the CDC guidelines and the uncertainty of when things may change, the 13th Annual Colby Smith Memorial 4-Mile Classic will be a virtual run. There's a one-week window to run or walk four miles for Colby at your own pace. Do it from any location you choose and time yourself. Run or walk indoors on a track or treadmill, or outside in the neighborhood or a park. This is a great way to be competitive with your family, friends, co-workers or running groups while not traveling to a race. Run on your own, or run within the guidelines of social distancing in small groups while following community guidelines when completing this virtual Colby Run.

Participants will register online and receive race shirts and bibs by mail. There is a one-week window to complete the event and we hope everyone will submit photos of themselves or their group to our Facebook page.

We hope to see the same wonderful enthusiasm from the community that we have seen for the past 12 years, and we are excited about the prospect that runners who have been unable to travel to Freeport will be able to participate in their first Colby Run. Our goal is to make the 2020 Colby Run the best it can be. We hope you will be creative with your families, friends and co-workers as you walk or run 4 miles for Colby this year

Proceeds from the race benefit the Colby Smith Memorial Scholarship Fund which provides scholarships for students to attend Aquin Catholic Schools. To make a contribution to the scholarship fund, which has awarded over $100,000 to students since 2010, please use the "Donate" button below.

Thank you for your support!
